Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or hair care products once they have been shipped. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement or store credit.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Being that all orders are PREORDER ONLY , MOST Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order before submitting to avoid any issues.
